you can use any oil that is JASO MA spec (wet clutch approved) they dont have friction modifiers.

I use synthetic in all my old bikes its all good but I use a motorcycle oil that is designed for gearboxes with wet clutches hence the spec

just for the record on the best way to get teh sprockets off using the tool is easy, but even the tool is not foolproof you can damage the tool by overtorqing, the idea is not to torque the bolt until it pulls it off, but to get it tight then you rap on the top of the puller bolt with a hammer to se...

the sgs has slightly different port timing to the sg, but the HP improvement is in the shorter and wider inlet channel and carb placement, slightly wider diameter transfer channels and better exhaust port design... the biggest restriction is the lengthy intake port in the sg cylinder. the bikes you ...

shouldnt need much pressure provided you are pressing down vertically and not at an angle. you can gently warm the bearings inner race with a heat gun and then press in the crank web pin should slide in without much fight, on all of my puchs it really doesnt need much, you can lube the crank web pin...

Roughed up the steels. Took the glaze off the plates with 120. Took the grooves off the basket. Checked everything else in the crankcase. All good. Buttoned it back up. 15 bucks a quart! thats cheap try 30 bucks a quart for castor,
