if your clutch plates are stuck

usually you can just chock it up so rear wheel is off and rev it up engaging and disengaging the clutch, this tends to free them up.

or just physically separate them and put in a JASO MA spec (wet clutch) oil of any viscosity.

glass is dangerous many engines ruined by glass caught inside engines for that reason I prefer to use garnet which is cheap and readily available here because of all our mining worn garnet is really really good - its more aggressive than beads for a quicker finish but still leaves a relatively unpit...

glass beading the head will look ok. if you thoroughly degrease it and glass bead it dry it will look matt.. then if you just rub over the aluminium with water and 0000 steel wool (the stuff that has the pink soap in it) this will actually take the sharp edges off the aluminium and will bring out a ...

I just insert the pistons into the barrels with the cylinder on the bench and then I just slide the piston pins in.. once the pins are in you simply prop the barrel on something of correct height (2 bits of clean 2x4 cut to the correct height) then just instal the circlips, pull the blocks apply gas...

common problem haha

square port windows
long exhaust ports with a 45 degree bend laterally and 45 degree bend down doesnt seem conducive to good flow
doesnt happen with modern oils though :D
